  • Flat shipping rate of $10.00 to Canada. 
  • Free shipping on orders of $100 and more to Canada.
  • Please expect delivery 3 – 10 days within Canada.
  • Packages are sent by FedEx Ground, other territories are shipped by FedEx Express – a tracking # will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.
  • If your package is urgent, please contact us at before placing your order and we can offer you faster shipping options, for an added fee.


  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
  • Should you experience any shipping issues, please contact the shipping company.

  • You can pick up your order at our Montreal's office: 1205 de Louvain West, Montréal, QC, H4N 1G6. 
  • Our office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you want to pick up your box outside of these hours, please contact us at
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready. The status of your order will then show "Awaiting Pick Up".
  • Please expect 3 to 10 working days for this process.

  • In order to pick up your order, please present a proof of order at pick up – on paper or on your phone.


  • Please note that all SALE items are “final sale” and cannot be returned.
  • For all other items, you may request to return no later than 10 days upon reception of your parcel.
  • To return an item:
    • log into your account on and follow the instructions on Request a Return.
    • You will receive a confirmation email containing a prepaid return shipping label – please read and follow the return shipping instructions.
    • Once we receive the item(s), we will refund your credit card as follows:
      • If your original order was under $100, we refund the purchase price, less a $10 return shipping fee.
      • If your original order was over $100 and your return lowers it to below $100, we refund the purchase price, less a $10 return shipping fee, as well as an additional $10 shipping fee, for a total return fee of $20.
  • Please note that only items purchased from our website may be returned this way. If you purchased an item somewhere other than, please contact the store and follow their return procedures.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who have been flagged for excessive returns. 


  • All orders are subject to availability. If you have ordered an item which is not available, we will contact you by email to propose a replacement. If you do not respond in three business days, we will ship your order and refund the amount of the missing item(s) to your credit card. Note that the refund may take approximately 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
